I had had many phones made by samsung, even before they were smartphones at all. But this little phone works so well in combination with the WP7 OS, everything seems to work I even swap the memory for a 32 GB and the phone performs even better. I love it, It's been now 6 month since I bought the Focus and all seems good, as usual this is a great product.

This phone is a strange combination of greatness and sub-par build quality. Samsung literally threw in many awesome technologies to make the end user happy but the cheap, plastic chassis completely detracts from this experience. I am also VERY DISPLEASED with the fact that Samsung, AT&T and Microsoft are virtually silent on the issue surrounding the hold-up on the release of Mango for the v1.4 Focus. All of these issues are critical enough for me to definitively say that this is my first and last Samsung phone.

I absolutely love Windows Phone 7. What I love about the hardware of my samsung is the screen, and the generally decent battery life. What I dislike: 1) The screen scratches easily. It makes me wonder if my phone actually has Gorilla Glas 2) The phone becomes extremely slippery very quickly. The whole phone needs a scrub down everyday because it retains the oils from your hands and face. 3) You have got to be kidding me with the volume rocker position. Because of the way I hold it, when I adjust volume with one finger, i turn the phone to standby! It lays in a position that is a bracing position. 4)There's a bug that affects Bing Voice search. If you were using the headphone jack, unplugged the jack and tried to use voice search, the phone wouldn't activate it's microphone. To activate the microphone, you have to make a phone call. 5) The chrome trim is cheap and is already peeling on my phone.
